Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using CodeMandi. They govern your access to virtual numbers, wallet payments, refunds, and acceptable use of the platform.

description 1. Service Description

CodeMandi provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes (OTPs) for third-party platforms. Our service helps users verify accounts on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, and 6,200+ others without exposing their personal phone number. Virtual numbers are temporary and provided for single-use verification purposes only. Numbers do not support outgoing calls or SMS.

how_to_reg 2. Eligibility

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to use CodeMandi. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

One account per user. Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. Multiple accounts created to circumvent restrictions or abuse refund policies will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

Non-refundable wallet balance. Funds added to your CodeMandi wallet are non-refundable. Once credited, wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or converted back to cash.

Non-transferable. Wallet balance is tied to your individual account and cannot be transferred to another user or account.

Automatic refund for failed orders. If you purchase a virtual number and do not receive an SMS/OTP within the active window, your wallet will be automatically refunded the full amount. No manual request needed.

block 4. Prohibited Uses

CodeMandi is intended for legitimate privacy and verification purposes only. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Fraud & scams. Using virtual numbers to commit financial fraud, identity theft, phishing, or any form of deception.

Spam & harassment. Using numbers to send unsolicited messages, spam campaigns, or to harass individuals.

Illegal activities. Any use that violates applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.

Platform abuse. Creating fake accounts on third-party platforms in violation of their terms of service for malicious purposes.

cloud 5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. CodeMandi may experience downtime due to scheduled maintenance, third-party SMS provider outages, or unforeseen technical issues. In cases where a number fails to deliver an SMS due to a service issue on our end, the automatic refund policy (Section 3) applies.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or illegal activity, operates multiple accounts, or attempts to abuse the refund system. Upon termination for violations, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited. You may request voluntary account deletion at any time by contacting support.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
