account_balance_wallet How do I add money to my wallet?
Go to your dashboard and click "Add Funds". You'll see our UPI / bank details. Make a transfer, then enter the UTR (transaction reference number). Our system will verify and credit your wallet within a few minutes. If it takes longer, contact us on Telegram with your UTR.
sms_failed What if I don't receive the OTP?
If you don't receive an OTP within the active window (usually 20 minutes), your wallet is automatically refunded the full amount — no action needed. You can then try again with a different number or provider.
schedule How long does a number stay active?
Numbers stay active for up to 20 minutes by default. During this window, any SMS sent to the number will appear in your dashboard instantly via our live WebSocket stream.
currency_rupee Can I get a refund?
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable. However, if you purchase a number and don't receive an SMS, you are automatically refunded to your wallet balance. Wallet balance can be used for future purchases.

security Is my data safe?
Yes. We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. We do not store OTPs, do not collect your personal phone number, and do not share your data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
