Cost-optimized pool · 5–6 providers Routes through SMS-Activate, SMSBower, Tiger SMS, AliSMS and SMSMan. Self-learning success-rate scoring picks the best of the pool for each order. Best for non-critical signups where occasional retries are fine.
Standard
Balanced pool · same providers, boosted ranking Same provider pool as Basic but the router weights toward higher-success-rate providers. Auto-cooldown is more aggressive — anything below 30% rate gets benched. Webhooks and 10× the rate limit included.

currency_exchange Are these prices per-number or per-month?
Per-number, pay-as-you-go. There is no monthly fee, no minimum commitment, and no contract. You only pay when you actually order a number. The displayed price is the starting price — actual price varies by service and country (some platforms cost more because their numbers are scarcer).
autorenew What happens if the SMS never arrives?
Your wallet is automatically refunded the full amount the moment the order's active window expires (usually 20 minutes). No support ticket, no waiting — the order shows up as auto_refunded in your dashboard and the balance is immediately reusable.
account_balance_wallet How do I add money to my wallet?
Go to your dashboard and click "Add Funds". You'll see our UPI / bank details. Make a transfer, then enter the UTR (transaction reference number). Our system verifies and credits your wallet within a few minutes. Larger top-ups (≥ $20) are usually instant; smaller ones take up to 5 minutes.
history Does my wallet balance expire?
No. Wallet balance has no expiry — top up once, use whenever. Unused balance is permanently yours, available for any service or country at any tier.
swap_horiz Can I switch tiers between orders?
Yes — tier is per-order, not per-account. Pick Basic for a casual Telegram signup; switch to Premium for the same wallet's next WhatsApp business verification. The dashboard catalog and API both let you specify the tier on each order.
redeem Are refunds in cash or wallet credit?
Failed-order refunds go to wallet balance, instantly. Top-up amounts themselves are non-refundable to original payment — once funds are credited to the wallet, they can only be used for future orders. This is standard for prepaid services.
code Will the API have separate pricing?
No — the API uses the same per-number pricing as the dashboard. You pick the tier on each POST /v2/order call. Higher rate limits come with the Standard / Premium tiers, but there is no extra "API access fee". See the API docs.
