1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CodeMandi (codemandi.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CodeMandi provides temporary virtual phone numbers for one-time SMS verification purposes. Numbers are shared, temporary, and intended solely for account verification on supported platforms.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per user. Multiple accounts may be terminated without refund.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Wallet & Payments

• All payments are made through UPI to your CodeMandi wallet.
• Wallet balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Unused balance does not expire.
• If an SMS is not received within the time limit, the order amount is automatically refunded to your wallet.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use CodeMandi for:

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
• Spamming, phishing, or harassment.
• Bypassing security measures of any platform in violation of their terms.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Number availability, SMS delivery times, and platform support may vary. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

CodeMandi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Users assume all risks associated with using temporary virtual numbers.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Remaining wallet balance may be forfeited upon termination for violations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
